Here at elago, we stand by our product’s design and integrity.Your satisfaction with your order is our top priority! If you are not satisfied with your order, we will gladly accept returns for your product within 30 days from the purchase date. There are only a few exceptions to this which are listed below. Conditions with returns will vary depending on order situation.
You may receive a refund or replacement (same item only) for any item that you purchased directly from elago design Store which is damaged, defective, or otherwise does not meet your expectations. We can only exchange your order for the same item.
30-Day Return Period
Thirty days from the date the merchandise was received, refunds are available on the remainder of our products (see exceptions below).
The following items are not returnable:
- Non-defective Bluetooth Headsets, Headphones, and Earphones due to ensuring good health and cleanliness (Hygiene)
- Items that are abused
Refunds will be processed within 7 business days after we receive your return. Refunds will be made to the same form of payment originally used for purchase.
Shipping charges may be refunded if the return is due to an error by elago design. In all other instances shipping charges will be deducted from the refund.
The customer is responsible for shipping and other charges to get the item to us for refund and exchanging.
Please include your original order number in the E-mail written to email@example.com. We will provide you with a return authorization number and return instructions.
No returns will be accepted without an appropriate RMA Number.
Product warranty applies on defective units for replacement as specified within product packaging for each individual product.
Missing Item or Damaged Product Fee
A missing item or damaged product fee will be charged for any product missing the original box, packaging material, contents, accessories and/or manuals (i.e., any product not in "like new" condition).
